Advice

Are you miserable sometimes? Frustrated, not sure what to do? Here are two techniques:

- Ask yourself. If another person is in the same situation as you are right now, what advice would you give this person?
If you have a person in your environment that you hugely respect and admire ask yourself, what advice would this person give to you?
Both techniques remove you a step from the issue. That enables you to look more rationally at the situation and very, very likely some solutions will appear in your mind.
