INSANITY IS DOING THE SAME THING AND EXPECT DIFFERENT RESULTS

There are managers who keep on reprimanding their staff about the same issue. The staff briefly improves, however, quickly falls back into the old habit. Then they reprimand again.

Over time, I have worked with different institutions to promote my seminars and they suggested doing an ‘email blast’ to their potential clients in their database. When I asked about the success rates of their previous ‘email blast’ I got comments like ‘Well it didn’t work too well.’ Mmmh?

Therefore, I like this statement as a wake-up call.

Insanity is doing the same thing and expect different results.

So, if you have done a job well, two or three times, implemented everything properly, and you are not satisfied with the results. Then doing it well for the fourth time is unlikely to get a different results.

Then you need to do something differently!
