Complaints

Did you ever notice? Often people complain to the wrong person. Some examples:

- A staff complains to another staff about company policy
- A team member complains to another team member about a third colleague
- You comment to your friend about the bad service of a particular company

It is obvious, if we complain to the wrong person nothing changes. Just a bit of ‘winching around’, probably also affecting the personal mood negatively. No point, is it?

So, if you have a valid complaint, gather your facts and argue your case with the person who can rectify the issue.
